I love to play middle school football and I want to be the best that I can be. My coaches felt it was important for me to
move quicker off the ball, which meant that I needed to improve my speed and agility. I learned about Horace and Fuel
Performance Enhancement from friends of my parents. After my first session I could see how this would help me and I
was hooked! I work hard during my training sessions with Horace. The speed training and agility drills have truly
challenged me to perform at my best. The strength training has also helped me. After working out with Horace over the
past several weeks I have noticed that I can run faster. (I ran a 4.4 40-yard dash during Super Bowl week!) Training has

From the moment I stepped foot inside of Fuel Performance I never would have imagined myself on the path I am now. I
first started going to Fuel Performance when my pitching coach; John Feld, started giving lessons there. When I took
lessons, I was always aware of Horace behind me and hear him encouraging and pushing girls to be stronger with
strength and conditioning. As a softball athlete, I devote all my time to be the best that I can be, but I could feel that I
was missing something to bring myself to the next level for starting my college carrier. That’s when I decided to try
training with Horace. I will never forget the very first workout we had together. I didn’t think I would ever make it to the
end of the lesson, but I did! Since that lesson I haven’t looked back. Horace has pushed me each and every time I have
been in there and continues to do so. I have never seen anyone devote everything they have into making athletes the
best that they can be. He puts all his time into making sure each athlete improves every time they come in. I have only
been going to Horace for about 2 months now and I have already improved tremendously. I will always be thankful for
Horace and his efforts on getting me ready for the colligate level and I will continue to work with him until my softball
days have moved from player to coach. One thing I am very grateful for is that he never gets frustrated with me if I’m
struggling with a certain drill we are running. He simply brings me back to the start and tells me to take a deep breath
and start over. He never gives you more than you can handle even if you think you can’t. I have put my faith in Horace

Hey its Blakelee. I just wanted to tell u I was clocked at 62 mph aat tryout and i ran from home plate to second base in 7.2 seconds!

By working with Horace only two times a week, I have seen a drastic change right away in my speed, agility, core strength, and leg
strength. Not only has he helped me physically, but has prepared me mentally as well to get me ready for the next level of division 1
collegiate ball. He has pushed me to an extent where I never thought I could get to. His various and vigorous workout techniques

We are always looking for that extra edge for Maggie. We have taken Maggie to trainers before, but have never been so impressed.
Horace started working with Maggie a few months ago. He has taken her to the next level. Her pitching speed increased in those 2
short months. Maggie was pitching a consistent 57-58 a few months ago. She recently tried out for the high school team and was

I have been going to Fuel Performance for months and in just the first few weeks I saw improvements in my speed. I have gone to a
few different personal trainers and Horace is by far the best one I have been to. He always finds new ways of doing things and it
never gets boring. He creates drills to help you with your individual needs and in your sport or sports. I feel that Fuel performance is

Our daughter, Alexis is now 13 years old and has been pitching for 2 years. We have been extremely blessed to find
Horace who was first to implement a strength and conditioning program to increase her pitching velocity. Horace isolates
and develops the most important parts of the body in pitching; the core muscle groups, legs and arms.
After approximately 15 weeks of lessons with Horace, our daughter’s pitching velocity has increased and she is in much
better shape with visible definition in her muscles. We certainly plan to continue working with Horace and highly
recommend him and his program.

Ever since I’ve started training with Horace I’ve never looked back. Not only do I look faster, I can actually feel myself
getting faster and stronger. I can tell I’ve come a long way and my playing time has increased ever since I’ve been
training with Horace. Also, the trainings he does are fun. I like to work hard and be the best I can be. I can tell each time
I go there that Horace has a workout planned just for me. He’s even come to watch me play in some of my games.
Horace is a great guy and I’m really glad I’ve been able to train with and get to know him.

Our daughter Megan started training with Horace in July of 2011. As a club soccer player and with high school about a
year away, Megan was looking for different ways to improve upon her speed and agility. A mutual friend and local soccer
trainer suggested that Horace was the best - and we've come to realize he was right. We were immediately impressed
with Horace's demeanor and spirit. Our older daughter had trained before in larger facilities while we lived in Ohio. While
beneficial, the programs were somewhat canned and impersonal. Horace has a whole other approach. He gets to know
his trainees on a personal level, and uses that to learn how to motivate them. He uses a variety of cutting edge
techniques and equipment - tailored to individual needs. And throughout a whole session, he exudes such positive vibes
and energy that it just wears off on his trainees. We started training as a conditioning program between soccer seasons,
but Megan has enjoyed it so much that we've just kept coming back - even staying with Horace in season. The benefits
are clearly evident on the field. Both her straight line speed and maneuverability in tight spaces are a cut above where
they were a year ago. Perhaps most importantly, she has found a whole level of self confidence. I've enjoyed watching
Horace's business and clientele grow in the time I've known him. Yet, he keeps that personal touch. I would gladly

Hey guys, this is Kaija Aikman from Selma. Just wanted to thank you for all you have done for me. I have been taking pitching
lessons for the last 3 years with John Feld and love that crazy man!! I may not be perfect but I have improved since meeting
John. I work hard on my screw, rise, drop and curve balls. I have also been coming an extra day and working with Emily...I love
her. Even though I don't play on her team, she always talks to me and hugs me whenever I see her at a tournament. And then
there is Lorenzo. He has such an awesome personality and I love joking around with him!!! I have now hit 12 home runs over
the fence in 2 years. I also LOVE taking speed and agility lessons from Horace. He works me like a dog but I am so much faster
and I have improved my stamina. I beat most of the girls down the court in basketball and my base running speed has
increased!!!

It all started when I couldn’t breathe. Sure, I had some lung problems, but they were exacerbated by my excessive weight. I
couldn’t even walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I was 38 years old and I was miserable. After lung surgery in
January 2010, it was time to make a change. I started with weight watchers in March 2010, but soon realized that I needed to
exercise as well. After a few months, I started running, mostly for the activity points so I could eat more! But a funny thing
happened… I enjoyed it! Running became a regular part of my week. To avoid any saggy arm flaps, I realized I also needed to
tone and strengthen my body. Enter Horace! He has really helped me rediscover my inner athlete. Working out with him
regularly has enabled me to be stronger, both mentally and physically. I’ve lost 80 lbs and counting, 10 inches in my waist… and
have dropped 10 pant sizes! He even prepared me to run the Indianapolis Mini Marathon (13.1 miles) and the Fight for Air Climb
(two trips up the One Indiana building -1536 steps, equivalent of 70 stories), which were both unbelievable experiences! Now,
instead of shying away from my reflection, when I look in the mirror, I think “that is one cool, strong woman who can do anything”.
Thanks to Horace, I’ve been able to exceed my previous fitness goals and do things I’d never dreamed possible!

I've been training at Fuel Performance with Horace for 2 months now. I have noticed significant gains in my explosion and
quickness. The first few yards have been a main focus since we started working together. Getting to top speed as quick as
possible is vital in college football and this is something we've incorporated in every workout. Prior to me training at Fuel i was
running a high 4.5 40 yard dash time, I now run a 4.47 40. I know that Horace has took my talent to a new level and I'm anxious
to continue our workouts and reach new heights.
